I love hearing how people can practically apply your principles to their situations. I loved the part about some ways to talk to adult children who have moved out about removing their stuff and some practical ways to encourage them. I will be doing that at some point in the future.

My late dad’s method was easy. They had decided on a moving date more than six months away and told all 5 kids (over 30 yo by then)that anything not out of their basement when they started packing would go to Good Will or the trash. Every phone call also included a snarky reminder. It worked!
