Comfy Shoes For Mama – Reebok Skyscape Review #sponsored #MC #skyscape

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for Reebok. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.

I’ve been working out. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning for months now.

Why, yes. I am rather proud of myself.

Thankfully, I have good workout shoes, but consistent hard use has taken its toll on them. Aesthetically. I was getting to the point where I felt funny wearing them for non-workout outings. I’d started dreaming of some newer, cuter shoes. Preferably, something in a bright color.

So when the opportunity arose to review the new Reebok Skyscape shoes, I jumped on it!

I’m the mom who goes around town wearing jeans, t-shirts and tennis shoes. But I wanted a cute version of tennis shoes to wear that were still comfy.

These are.

I ordered the (HOT) pink ones from Kohls.com. I debated about the pink, but couldn’t resist. Anything goes with pink, right?

I really love these shoes. They aren’t workout shoes, but they are the perfect comfortable shoes for doing the things I need to do. I’ve run errands, gone to choir practice and directed a play in them.

So how to describe them?

Cushy is a good word. These aren’t like normal comfortable shoes. They’re made out the same type material as molded foam bras (but stronger) so they really do hug my feet. This also makes them very flexible. And they’re lightweight! Only five ounces!

I don’t think of my other shoes as heavy, but there is a noticeable difference.

My only complaint-but-not-really-a-complaint is that I can’t slip them onto my feet. I actually have to . . . bend over and put them on. (Gasp. I know!)

Every time I’ve worn them, someone has complimented them. It helps that they’re bright pink and hard to miss!

And . . . they’re machine washable.

Reebok Skyscapes

These really are great for my lifestyle when I need shoes that can help me last through a day when I’m on my feet for a long period of time.

I also reviewed my new shoes over on Kohls.com!

These are really cute, and I’ve been debating picking some up for myself. I just haven’t known anybody who had actually worn them so I could ask this question: Can you walk on a gravel driveway without feeling every rock? I have some really cute shoes that, once I leave my sidewalk and walk on my driveway, I’m like a six-year-old in five-inch stilettos! 🙂

Interesting question! There is quite a bit of cushion on the bottom, so I’d think you’d be okay. (Though I haven’t walked on a gravel driveway in them!) They really do feel kind of like walking on clouds due to their unique material. They’re not like those shoes that are just a rubber sole between you and the ground.

Wow! You need to raise your rates for reviewing items. All of the pink (and black too) are sold out online. 🙂
